This price includes the $350 application fee paid to the USPTO for the first registration class, due diligence search to confirm availability of your desired trademark, and any response to Office Actions during the registration process. If filing an Intent-to-Use Application, an additional $100 will be needed to file the Statement of Use or Alleged Use applications.
This fee is in addition to the initial Trademark Registration service for additional class registrations and includes all work to be done on the filing.
This includes renewals, filing required documents, changes to registration and monitoring maintenance deadlines.
Prices do not reflect any negotiation outside of initial drafting or review of the document. If negotiation is required, it will be billed at an hourly rate.
