This price includes the $350 application fee paid to the USPTO for the first registration class, due diligence search to confirm availability of your desired trademark, and any response to Office Actions during the registration process. If filing an Intent-to-Use Application, an additional $100 will be needed to file the Statement of Use or Alleged Use applications.
